THE MORNING OF

I always find myself drawn to the early part of a wedding day.

Before anything feels fixed, people are gathered, helping, adjusting. Someone pulling a dress over their head, a zipper being carefully done up, a bottle of champagne opened and poured, conversations happening in fragments between rooms.

There’s nerves sitting alongside calm. Laughter. Small pauses.

It’s a part of the day that still feels unshaped, that strange in-between feeling where nothing has fully started, but everything is already happening.

Here is a small selection from those early hours.

A mix of digital & film.
